I think I might have overdone my exercises on Monday as I am so sore. Maybe it was good for me?
I highly recommend ATI for all your PT needs. They are skilled professionals and I can't thank them enough for helping me regain some level of comfort during my journey towards recovery.

All of the physical therapists are amazing and funny and care about your well being. I came in barely being able to bend my knee and now I can dance again ayeeee!
