I have been attending the ATI in Dyer for OT and was referred for a splint in hazel crest with Candice. I have never been treated so rudely! I was called “boney”, and called a unicorn. She also complained about me wearing a mask. I will never return to the ATI in Hazel Crest. I was truly surprised how I was treated. I have been to other ATIs and this one was THE worst.
The ATI Occupational Therapists, Candice and Emmanuel, evaluated me, listened to me, and tailored exercises and treatments to improve the issues that I was having with my hand. They were pleasant to work with and professional. What was most helpful was that they educated me about body dynamics and taught me how to utilize my hand to minimize further injury and discomfort. I credit this new awareness and my compliance with their recommendations with a major decrease in the incidents of pain that I experience.
Excellent physical Therapy team Ric and Chloe have provided me with excellent service. They both are very attentive And highly professional.
