I had a really good experience at this physical therapy clinic. It is very well run and all of the staff are friendly. As a patient I could see the staff properly cleaning all equipment and beds after they were used. Everything is right out in the open so there is no need to fear being alone with someone you don’t know. They always know your name. I went to ATI in Chicopee, MA for physical therapy after my knee replacement. When I first started, I was struggling and had a hard time straightening out my leg. After 10 weeks, I was almost running through the therapy sessions. The care I received there was excellent—the employees were empathetic, helpful, kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable. I had Rotator cuff surgery in March. I had PT 2X a week until my surgeon said I was all set on July 28th. The staff, Jill, Tracy, and Rod were my regulars. They really know their stuff! I’m 71 and went from not being able to use my arm at all, to just about back to normal in 4 months. Still have to be careful for the next 2 months, but I’ve got my life back! Thanks!
