Jennifer is excellent. She is gentle and takes her time. I had a very negative experience years ago with another company with a similar operation. I am very sad that Jennifer is leaving the company. I felt very comfortable and reassured by her OT skills.
What a massive regret I have in scheduling with this place. They take $65 from you even after insurance is ran and deductibles are clearly met. Paperwork i filled out at this location wasn't uploaded into the system right, so now im battling that with corporate. Corporate has now verified me multiple times to get my reimbursement of the $65 and they're still playing a run around game with me. Save yourself aggregation and AVOID AT ALL COST! Had a good experience at therapy. Will be going back next week. Made progress. All the people were understanding and patient.
