Everyone at ATI Mansfield are the best!! They are all very caring ,friendly and work great with one another. If you need Physical Therapy, check them out!
Staff greeting was prompt. I am left with the feeling of a loss of personal service regarding my specific needs. The handing off of me to any other available staffer creates a broken bond between the person whom I came in the door to work with. These other staffers don't seem to have the knowledge or have not been briefed on MY SPECIFIC needs. Too many hand offs and hands in the fire to make for an effective healing program.
Great staff and very professional.
