I had a very disappointing experience at ATI Somerville. My first session went very well, with the physical therapist showing my the damage I had to my ligaments in my right ankle and explaining the exercise program they were going to put me on. My second visit was terrible. I waited for 15 minutes after the start of my appointment to be seen by my PT. I was with my PT sporadically because they were so overloaded with clients. I only did 3 or 4 exercises that appointment, and in between exercises I had long stretches of time... read more

The PT was great. I had never worked with her before. I had some additional issues aside from my initial diagnosis and she patiently addressed my concerns and made an intelligent assessment of what was going on did appropriate exercises sensitive to my comfort levels. It was a good session.
