Everyone has been very friendly, kind, and considerate of my pain but also pushing me to keep at so that the pain goes away. The only complaint I have is that you can’t call the location directly, you always have to be routed through a central phone bank. Takes too long if I only want to say I’m running a few minutes behind.
I am extremely pleased with my experience at ATI Physical Therapy in Wheeling. The team here is fantastic, and I’m especially grateful to John, who worked with me the most and helped address my issue effectively.
