That lady at the front desk is rude and disrespectful no one communicates they cancel my appointment without notifying me and my appointment was at 9:00 and the woman said you didn't show up and 8:45 but I won't say anything. My appointment is not at 8:45 she needs to learn how to talk to people im not a child you talk to your kids like that. I will not do rehabilitation here I don't trust yllÂ
People were great with people,however, dropped the ball with with billing end. Scheduled ahead of time with insurance info and was approved. Then told 3 visits in they didn't accept insurance I had,now fighting with billing on the billing department on rates-if would've known they didn't accept I would've went elsewhere! Not impressed! The place I went said I would not be billed due to their being at fault,yet here I sit on hold again over it!Â
Anthony's extensive experience and knowledge in physical therapy provides patients immediate confidence and a wonderful sense of safety/security with his approach. And his soothing method of instruction is icing on the cake.Â
Facilities like this one are a rarity!!!Â
