I hired this company based on their competitive pricing, but you get what you pay for. These movers dropped one of my TVs right in front of me, but swore it was packaged safely and was ok. When I finally got the loft set up adequately to plug the TV in, it was broken. I contacted them expecting them to pay me a reasonable price for the damaged TV, but they refused. Eventually they offered me $150 for a 60" tv which was just insulting. The movers claimed they did not drop it and the business owner basically called me a liar. ... read more
I really wish I could give a good review because I felt the movers did a great job till I realized they stole my Samsung tv power cord and my firestick with the remotes. It was behind the tv when they arrived.
