So much better than larger banks especially Bank of America. They charge you just to look at their front door. The people here are professional and knowledgeable and the place doesn't fee you to death. If I'm nitpicking I had one minor issue which is that I have some money in a CD that either needs to be cashed out or renewed every 6 to 7 months. Has nothing to do with the physical location and its workers - cornerstone is a shitty ass bank to do business with! I have a business that requires me to shop online for and I travel a lot. Mind you that card never leaves home but is hacked more times than I can count since cornerstone took over . You absolutely suck !
Dylan helped me with setting up a Zelle account, this is new program for the bank and for Dylan. Dylan helped me every step of the way. He was so nice, his communication skills were Exceptional, you truly have a gem, I can see him going far in banking.
Damn im sure gonna miss athol savings banks! So i was on the phone they asked me security questions 2 access my account which was when was the last transaction that I used , social security ect but then because I didn't give them the correct address so then they tell me that I have to come in 2the branch verify which I did . I then asked if I can opt in for overdraft which then gave me paper saying that I have overdraft so i tried overdrafting my account and was never on!
