Lauren Barrows and the Cornerstone team at the Athol branch did an amazing job helping with our Business account issues post merger from Athol Savings Bank. I’m sure there were many people with questions during this transition time. The staff Managed this all with a great attitude and excellent customer service.

I DID like this bank until they merged with Cornerstone bank. They only have ONE phone number and you can't get help from anyone! What a HUGE downgrade! I'm in 100th in line for your single phone number. I miss Athol bank already! This new bank merge is the WORST! Your live chat sucks too I been number 1 in line for a hour now. You think you could afford more employees buying out another bank. TERRIBLE!
