Overall, ASB is a good bank to work with. Customer service is top notch, and the main branch location is very nice with a redone parking lot, with new advanced ATM machines. My only complaint has to do with usability of general checking accounts. They do not support Apple Pay which makes it challenging at times. They also are not partnered with many major financial corporations to support versatility in its uses. For example, Venmo offers instant transfers, but ASB accounts don’t support that.
