The transition isn't stressful just for the consumers. The employees feel it as well, they were good help and squared my account away.
With the merge happening between ASB and Cornerstone, I had issues with my account access so I went to the Gardner branch. When I got there the line was surprisingly long (I assume because others had the same issue as I did, got locked out of account). I got to the counter and spoke to Bethany who promptly addressed every issue I was having. With a smile and a positive attitude. I feel much better about the merge now that she explained things. Thank you!!!!
Nothing but problems with this merger with cornerstone Bank. Never had a problem in the last 3 years I've been down there every day for the last 3 days 👎
I've called 3x on a Monday morning at 11am and your phone goes to a voicemail?? Not a single human to talk to? Or, the phone just hangs up after ringing a couple times? This is insane. Most unprofessional CS team I have ever seen in my life. I have never seen anything like this before. I'm trying to do a business transaction. Get it together. What is going on over there?!?!?!?
