I’ve had accounts at ASB for many years. The service and knowledge of the tellers have absolutely gone down hill. Went in to put a stop payment on a bank check that I never received in the mail from an account close out. Took me 45 minutes to do this as the tellers were not experienced and knowledgeable in doing this request. At first they told me I only could put a stop after 6 months.
