Professional excellent effective care. Super clean facility with great equipment. Best of all, the therapists, aides, and support staff are all friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in the success of the client. This is my second rehab here. The first time it was chosen for me. The second time, I turned down the IU hospital rehab facility to come here instead.
Kind, helpful and concerned about your treatment. I was so hesitant about starting physical therapy, thinking I can just do it at home. They have a plan and it really helps and I have homework, lol. Do those exercises at home too.
Athletico Very professional and knowledgeable to know what needs to be done for a healthy fast recovery and most of all the complete staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I don’t think my knee recovery would be where I am now without physical therapy at Westfield athletico ! Thank You 😊
For my first experience with PT, I've been incredibly appreciative and grateful to the staff at Athletico Physical Therapy in Westfield. Every single person at this location is fantastic. The entire mood in the building is always uplifting, everyone is always laughing and having fun, and they genuinely care about your rehabilitation. They know your name the second you walk in the door and remember details about you, which makes it feel personal in a really great way. I would recommend them to anyone.
They did a good job addressing my back pain and resolving my radiculopathy symptoms. I would recommend and would go back if my back were to worsen.
