A super welcoming and friendly place. Jess is awesome and has an engaging and encouraging style that makes you want to work to get better. The whole team is terrific, though - my wife and I have both seen various therapists here and it's been consistently positive with great progress. Highly recommended if you need it!
I can’t say enough good things about this PT clinic and Brooks. From the first visit, they really listened to what I was dealing with and tailored everything to fit my needs. The therapists are incredibly attentive and encouraging, and the whole environment feels welcoming and positive. I’ve made steady progress and feel so much stronger because of their care. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone!
Terrific therapy experience. I worked with Jennifer Lazarz who was absolutely outstanding. In a world of endless therapists, she’s a gem. From my initial assessment to ongoing sessions and advice, I felt the entire time like I was in great hands and never doubted for a moment that my care was spot on. The staff at the Western Springs Athletico is warm and friendly, from Zander to Rachel to everyone else. Each visit they made me feel like I was part of a community as I endeavored to build strength and recover. Thank you all!
Rehabbing from a broken ankle. Zander was able to schedule appointments according to my schedule. Clean, quiet facility. Therapist Jen was excellent in guiding me to a complete recovery!
