Hannah, Lydia, and the entire team are wonderful! They helped me recover from shoulder surgery, and you can tell that they care about your progress and success. The facility is clean and equipped with everything you need. If you listen to them and put the work in, you will reach your goals. I highly recommend them!!!

Since I am doing a limp of shame sprinting another body part (knee) into submission, I decided I need to give this place its kudos! While I play a little bit of a Whack-A-Mole game with my injuries, I also do participate in more intense workouts on a regular basis. I worked with Hannah at the St. Peters Athletico location for both pre and post knee surgery and she was fantastic. Five days after surgery, I just gave her all the paperwork from the surgeon and let her make a plan for me. I put all the onus on her to help me ease into my recovery and she provided all the guidance that I needed throughout my rehab to ensure I was staying on track. 3 months ago, I broke multiple bones between my leg and ankle as well as tore through muscles and tendons in my leg while rollerskating. Had to have major surgery to fix the breaks. Yesterday I was cleared by my surgeon to put on skates. I would NOT have gotten to this point so fast if it weren’t for the wonderful staff here at ATHLETICO. I will always recommend them!!!
