I’ve never had PT before but so far the experience has been great. Kyle is patient, personable and explains my worries away while keeping me focused on my recovery. And I appreciate that. 10/10.
I've been here multiple times over the past few years. My orthopedic surgeon has their own PT office but I always request they send my prescription to this location. Kyle is the best! He is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, creative and you can tell he cares! I have even sent my parents here when they have needed physical therapy.
I have had great experiences at this location of Athletico for concussion, cervical pinched nerve, and after lower spine surgery. I recently worked with Kyle and gained strength quickly with exercises that pushed my limits in a good way. I was never pushed too far but I was challenged and I was positively encouraged at every step with hearing what I was capable of and how my body wasn't broken/damaged, it simply needed to rebuild strength.
My podiatrist suggested PT for peronal tendinitis.I needed a therapist closer to where I live & she suggested Athletico because they were good at keeping her informed of patients' progress. Athletico Schaumburg South was close & Kyle Wagner was my therapist. My care was professional, thorough, customized, friendly, & clearly communicated. I made enough improvement to resume my normal activities. This is my second course of therapy over the last few years and both experiences have been very helpful.
