The attitude and cooperation of Athletico Physical Therapy located on Shoreline Road in Barrington was very disappointing. After attending 8 sessions i called the morning of my 9th session and said i needed to cancel my 4:30 appointment because i was unwell. I was never asked my condition but told i needed to reschedule while on the phone. I said i had an appointment with my Orthopedic surgeon and would get back. Beware of being bullied for more money after the local branches tell you you are paid in full. I have filed BBB complaints and Athletico keeps saying it is resolved when it is not.
