Five stars across the board for Arthur Paredes, DPT, and team at Athletico Plainfield West! I had a bout with vertigo which resulted in dizziness when I turned my head while sleeping. Arthur was very knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis. My BPPV, inner ear crystals, were resolved in just two sessions with the Epley Manuever. Art gave me soft tissue massage on neck and shoulder area along with continued with customized vestibular and balance exercises. I've been attending Athletico Plainfield for the past three months following a rotator cuff surgery. Stop your search for any other physical therapy clinic! This is where you want to be. You will walk in to a greeting from Kim. She is going to be your biggest help throughout your therapy. Are you sick and need to reschedule? She will find a place to put you. Are you running late and afraid you will lose your appointment? Nope! She’s got your back. Hands down the best physical therapy practice in the area. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the physical therapists are very knowledgeable and get results. I’ve worked with Kent and Shaheen, and they are both amazing. Kent remembers details I told him three years ago, and Shaheen has taught me all about muscles I didn’t know existed nor can really pronounce. This was my first time ever needing PT, but I don’t think I could have found a better place. I am a student in graduate school so I was worried about finding a good schedule, but they were extremely understanding and flexible. Every member of their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes you feel as if PT is your second home!
