After first-ever knee surgery was a little skeptical why PT was needed since i was familiar with exercising and working out on my own. But, I was so wrong. As the days went by i had so many questions regarding where i should expect to be after 2, 4, 8, weeks of recovery etc. How far could i push myself without doing further damage ? I came to Athletico about two month ago for a frozen shoulder. I have to say I am really impressed with the therapy program that they have come up with. Every time I arrive I am greeted by a friendly staff member and therapy always starts on time. Everyone of the staff members is familiar with my treatment program and are all on the same page.
