First time I went to Athletico I just had knee surgery and I was on crutches and had a brace on my knee for 8 weeks and could not put any weight or bend it and when I got those off it felt like I would never walk right again but then I met Amanda at Athletico she is the physical therapist at the Perryville Missouri location she is amazing . I went to a therapy center other than Athletico. After 3 months I still had a bad limp and almost constant pain. They told me there was nothing else they could do for me and I would have to learn to live with it. I met Amanda at an health fair. I told her my story and she suggested I schedule an appointment. “I think we can help you.” Amanda gathered the information on how I was injured. She measured my strength and range of motion. Amanda and staff were amazing and professional as always. Amanda took considerable time with me to pinpoint exactly what is going on and recommended dry needling and a variety of exercises so I can further my recovery at home also. Appointments were also set up so that I know what to expect in the next week. She even messaged to check on me that evening.
Very courteous staff. Peaceful and calming environment. I love the relaxed sense I get during treatment. Definitely solving a lot of my pain and aches. Absolutely recommend if you need PT, call them and get in.
The staff are super supportive and absolutely amazingly awesome with care, compassion, conditioning, and concern! The atmosphere is very well kept and clean!!! Conveniently located in a supportive community! Down home feel!!!
