OMG, do yourself a favor and come to Athletico at 135th and Metcalf. What a caring, professional, knowledgeable team. KJ took me through easy, back-saving exercises I can do at home -- and pointed things out about my back health that my doctor would've never dreamed of doing! These people must be angels, 'cause they're heaven-sent. My highest possible recommendation.
