Great experience! They make physical therapy fun :) Mike was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what my issue was, and how to fix it...and now my low back and hip are feeling a lot better!
When therapy was suggested for an ailing shoulder, I was a little apprehensive, however willing to try most anything to improve my condition. After 3-4 sessions, I could sense improvement that increased thereafter each week. I believe I’m at about 90% or even more today. Michael Pappas was great to work with. He explained each exercise, its intended benefit, and expectations. He made sure I had a voice in all of my sessions and listened intently when I’d update him on any pain or discomfort. I’ve been working with Mike for about a year now he’s amazing
My wife goes there and she loves it there. She feels so much better since she started going there. Mike, Lennon , and Levi , are very welcoming, Mike knows what he is doubg. My wife will not go anywhere else. Thank you so much for helping her move and feel better
