Friendly staff, easy scheduling and love the app for home exercises. Jan at the front desk is always a pleasure to chat with and very helpful.
Called to see if they had services that fit my son's situation and although they didn't, the lady found a place to refer me to and was very helpful. Her customer service was amazing!
Jan is a wonderful front desk employee, I’ve worked with her following up on referrals from my own office and she has always delivered. Athletico is great, and always gets my patients in super fast (same day sometimes, even). I will keep referring the patients I work with to this practice!
My doctor referred me here for pt and it has been awesome! Their staff is very professional and they are always rays of sunshine every time I come in. It has been really easy to schedule appointments and their front desk staff, Jan, is always on top of things. This was my first physical therapy i’ve ever attended and it has been a great experience all around, everyone is very friendly and easy to work with, front desk and therapist alike. They have helped me to recover with very unique fun exercises.
