The staff here is amazing they were very helpful!
Training for a marathon and my right leg has been giving me trouble. I had no problem getting right in with 2 appointments a week. Jacob ran me through exercises and set me up with a set of stretches to do at home. 3 weeks work and my leg is feeling back to normal. I only worked with Jacob, who was great, but I could tell be all the conversations around that the staff as a whole works well together. That makes a place special. I hope not to go back! But if I need more help, I definitely will return here.
My therapist Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful. I improved significantly through strength and balance excercises that he developed. Will continue some of the exercises, that do not require their special devices, at home. Hope to maintain what I have achieved. Thanks Athletico
July 2025: I have had to return to Athletico Westport - old age is catching up with me and I was experiencing lower back pain that was slowly increasing. I was not sure that anything could be done but Joe has been marvelous giving me a series of exercises (usually a real workout!) that have made a huge difference. The pain that was pretty much continuous has reduced and only occurs if I stand still for too long - I need to move/bend etc to keep my back happy!
