Jeremy was super helpful! Provided a great plan with effective stretches and exercises that helped a lot with my knee pain. I'm back to being active after thinking I'd have to deal with chronic discomfort. Highly recommend.
The team was always very welcoming and always professional. Jeremy would answer any questions I had about my program or any additional work to do at home.
