I had an amazing journey at this clinic. They took care of pre-auth and I was scheduled to be treated within a week. Babak rehabilitated my injured knee. He had me running on the treadmill with 8# ankle weights within a few weeks. I enjoyed our chats during the sessions.

My experience with this provider has been very troubling. During a recent phone call the doctor shouted and used foul language toward me while I was discussing treatment options. It felt like verbal abuse rather than medical guidance. I have saved call logs, written a detailed account, and reported it to the clinic — I do not feel comfortable returning here.

Unfortunately, it was impossible to even get an appointment scheduled. After 3 days straight of speaking to receptionists, leaving messages, and being told someone will call me back, I finally gave up and scheduled therapy down the street at Advanced PT on my first call.

Babak and all of the staff are very welcoming and informative. I highly recommend getting physical therapy here!
