I was excited for Mondays & Wednesdays. They’re very kind & helpful. Helped me feel waaayyy better than when I started & for me it only took a month! No more tension being held in my upper shoulders & neck. They gave me two more bands, an ice pack &, exercises to do at home though I am no longer doing physical therapy. If I could give Alanna, Kelly, Nick, Kyle and Alyssa 10 stars I would. They make you feel comfortable and motivated. I had shoulder surgery at the end of June and was a little nervous about PT. That went away on my very first visit. The whole team makes you feel like family and I was actually sad at my last visit. I'm feeling great and I highly recommend them.
Friendly and knowledgable staff. Very bright and clean environment. Would definitely go back.
