What a young, hip bunch of therapists! And when I say hip, I mean the vast quantities of hip hinges performed here really help build strength where I was loosing it. AJ (the plank pro) and Brandon (the box bro) worked with me and helped me regain not only the strength to perform normal activities again, but also the confidence to live my life again. Brandon, AJ, and everyone else on the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honestly just fun to be around. There was a concrete plan of action from day 1 with quantifiable goals which was worked towards with new exercises each session and with updates to the home exercise program as I progressed. I was skeptical of PT because I have been before and it was not challenging enough. My team did a great job listening to me and pushing me while also ensuring my injury was treated appropriately. This was a great experience!
I would highly recommend Athletico for Physical Therapy. I suffered a severe knee injury involving a complete quadricep tear. It required several months of PT. The staff there worked with me diligently to get me functional again. They were very professional and yet personalble. I appreciate all the help they gave me. If you have physical therapy needs don't hesitate to give them a call.
They were wonderful people and had a great program to help me heal!
