I had shoulder surgery (rotator cuff repair) 4/29, and just today got discharged from PT. I have had my share with a few different physical therapy providers and I can wholeheartedly honestly say Olivia and David are the best therapist I have ever had, hands down. The one in Redford Mi is the best. Bailey is awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t give me enough time to complete my therapy.
David listened to me and how I was feeling. He didn't overwhelm me with multiple exercises and explained everything thing to me in detail. He is very professional and I feel like he is helping me become a stronger and more motivated person. This is an amazing place with great staff! I highly recommend them.
Not happy with the biling department. Multiple descrepecis in the statements they sent. Little to no clarification on the reason. UPDATE: David jumped in to help as soon as he heard my concern. He immediately started communicating with the billing department and was able to resolve the issue. Athletico should be proud to have such dedicated and caring staff. THANK YOU DAVID!
Great attention to detail. Explained exercises numerous times until I understood them. David was excellent! If I need physical therapy again, I would go there and request him without any doubts.
