Eli and the team did a great job of asking the right questions and actively listening to help identify what my pain and struggles were, and then providing me the tools and guidance to improve my mobility and strength to allow me to get back to playing hockey.
Very much recommend! I had a shoulder impingement with very limited mobility and after 2 months the improvement was massive. Highly recommend John Salerno.
Great staff and an excellent facility.
Coming off a difficult hip surgery, I had the pleasure of working with the Athletico staff for multiple months post-op. The facility is clean, the therapists are friendly and the location is great coming just off the expressway. Eli is brilliant, he guided me both mentally and physically through the many difficult hurdles and helped me get back to my best again! I am furious with this business at this point. My experience with the staff of this specific location was fine, but the overall company should be avoided at all costs, in my opinion. I found out too late that Athletico is not BBB (Better Business Bureau) accredited and has an F rating from them. I would guess this is because their billing department is horrendous. I paid for all of my sessions at the clinic with their staff. However, it seems that two of my payments somehow "did not get assigned to my account", whatever that... read more
