I was treated horribly at the desk. Scripts were sent that mysteriously disappeared. My health care was delayed by over a month and a half. The staff at the desk and the supervisor of the facility all lied and tried to make me look like the bad guy. The therapist's were all wonderful excellent people. No complaints there. I'm a disabled USMC veteran. I and the VA tried many times in that 1.5 months to get an appointment. Only to be blocked by the extremely unhelpful front desk.
