Had been dealing with shoulder pain for over 3 years occurring during movements such as squats, overhead pressing, lateral raises, and etc. I was seen by 2 physical therapist prior that told me to stop lifting after the issue was left unresolved. I stopped squatting and eventually the pain subsided however I love squatting and pain occured during overhead lifts or raises. Austin is a really awesome trainer! I got to work with him for a few months and in that time I saw massive improvements in my overall strength and mobility. I use to have knee and ankle pains from working out and from my everyday life, but Austin was able to pin point what I needed to work on and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a really dedicated trainer who loves what they do I would HIGHLY recommend you work with him!
