I first reached out to Athlete's Potential with a recurring back injury that was bothering me for 1 year. I had seen multiple physicians and tried working with 2 different physical therapists aimed at finding the source of my recurring pain and how to adapt my movements so that I could return to regular activity. I found no success through any of those efforts, despite being incredibly active and exercising daily for years up until my injury, after which I became nearly sedentary and lived in pain most all the time of every ... read more

Athletes' Potential has helped me on multiple occasions for years. Being a high level chef and taking my health seriously, I've struggled with tendinitis, knee issues, and a myriad of other injuries holding me back in the gym and professionally. I've been to in-network PT practices but the experiences were sub-par and that's why I reached out to Athletes' Potential for additional help and support. I can't even compare the 2 experiences. After 3 sessions with Dominic, we not only fixed my pain but were attacking the root caus... read more

I had shoulder pain that would flare up frequently, limiting my ability to workout and do the Olympic lifts consistently. After trying (and failing) to rehab it myself for several months, I decided to seek professional help from the team at Athletes’ Potential. Over the span of a few visits, Athletes' Potential helped me go from chronic shoulder pain back to working out and doing olympic lifts pain-free. Highly recommend them if you want to stay active and get lasting relief!

I had been struggling with chronic low back for most of my 20’s that became out of control over time. I had tried other PT’s but never made much progress and was told by my doctors that I would be in pain for the rest of my life. Matt was the first professional to give me hope that I could manage my pain through a series of surprisingly simple exercises that I could easily fit into my day. He also taught me how to safely exercise while listening to my body and to better understand what triggered my pain. It was worth every d... read more

Matt at Athletes' Potential is incredible. I'm 26 years old and have been dealing with lower back pain for over 3 years. After recently having my first child, I really got worried about the pain and the limitations it was putting on my body physically. I tried everything from self led stretching routines, yoga, months of seeing a chiropractor, hot and cold therapy, and lastly in-network physical therapy at the local hospital (after, of course, having to be referred by my doctor). Nothing worked. The pain got worse and I bega... read more
