I had a long time prior knee injury that started to bother me again and a recent lack of motivation for working out. I'm very glad that instead of forcing myself to join a group workout type of place that I found Athlete's Potential. The physical therapy for my knee and then easing into strength training had made me excited to continue to workout and challenge myself. The facilities are great and the people are the best. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been spinning my wheels for over a decades in and out of chiropractor appointments to address my lower back pain. I was at a point where I needed a change and was connected to Dom at Athletes Potential after reading other success stories of other patients online. Dom was phenomenal at addressing the root cause of my issues pertaining to my low back pain, excellent communicator, and provides clear instruction for mobility drills / movements. He practices what he preaches and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a PT ... read more

I came to Dr. Longfellow after hearing from a friend that he also helped her with her shoulder. I injured my shoulder years ago and didn't have much success with physical therapy in the past. Now that I'm a massage therapist, my chronic pain was affecting me daily with my work. Dr. Matt has been incredible in helping me get back to being more active and being able to use my shoulder without pain. I really appreciate that I'm able to work 1-on-1 with him to target and relieve my pain. Although it takes time, I'm so genuinely ... read more

I'd been dealing with back pain since 2020—couldn't sit for more than 30 minutes without it flaring up, and things like golf were completely out of the question. The team at Athletes' Potential really took the time to figure out what was going on and gave me a plan I could actually stick with. After a few months of staying consistent with it, I went from constant stiffness and pain shooting down my leg to being able to sit at work for hours without any issues. Now I'm working out a few times a week, running pain-free, and ac... read more

I came in dealing with hip and knee pain that had me barely able to roll jiu jitsu once a week. The team at Athletes' Potential took the time to find the root cause and built a plan that kept me active while fixing the problem. After a few months of consistent work, I went from rolling once a week and feeling rough to confidently rolling multiple times a week pain-free. Now I've finally got a routine I can stick with to keep building strength. If you're looking for a clinic that helps you stay active without quick fixes, I h... read more
