Matt at Athletes' Potential is incredible. I'm 26 years old and have been dealing with lower back pain for over 3 years. After recently having my first child, I really got worried about the pain and the limitations it was putting on my body physically. Dominic's professional and thoughtful guidance helped me get through tennis elbow (SO annoying) and nagging hip pain. I've only been seeing Dr. Dom since March but my life has improved even more than I had hoped. I was diagnosed with a grade 2 S1-L5 spondylolisthesis several years ago which was causing me to repeat a cycle of trying to exercise to lose weight and improve mobility only to end up stopping due to back pain.
