Terrible customer service. Rude staff. I was told that the hoodie I ordered for my sons first baseball game would be ready by a certain date, and it's not ready. I placed my order three weeks ago! My sons first game is tomorrow, and I wont be able to wear the hoodie I ordered. Called them to let them know that I had not heard anything regarding my order from them, and to let them know I am very unhappy that I've been given zero updates, and the lady I spoke with was very passive aggressive and dismissive towards me.
