wanted to shop local but when I went to the store a few minutes before 4 walked in as there were other customers in there. I was told the store closed at 4. I said I will be super quick I just wanted to look at some shoes for my son. the assistant manager told me I couldn't. the assistant manager was super rude and when I asked why I couldnt look he said we close in 30 seconds. he then laughed when I asked for the managers card. I just wanted to give big kudos to the Longview store for taking such good care of my cousin who was from out of town. She called to get a Kelso Highlanders sweatshirt for her Dad who is turning 90. The man she talked to was going to get the sweatshirt sent down to the Vancouver store, so she could pick it up yesterday. Thanks so much for taking such good care of her, and I’m sure my great Uncle will be very excited for his sweatshirt! 💙💛
