I’ve been seeing Chris S for six months now. He focuses on practical ways to address problem areas instead of just going through the motions. He regularly checks in and asks what's working and what isn't, so sessions actually improve over time. I'd recommend him.

I personally see Pali at the Southside location, but I’ve been to a few other massage therapists there, and they’ve all been highly skilled. Each one has followed up with strength exercises based on what they noticed during the massage, which is something I find extremely important for injury prevention. Hard to justify going back. Tried this location twice. Too expensive to have them run your insurance after the appointment and have an issue that I have never experienced before. There was also a “new price increase” I was not told about last week or this week until after the session.
