I walked in with a very random and specific question and the lady working the front entrance was very patient and kind with me! She really took her time to understand what I needed and help me find products that fit the bill.

No plus size in store. "Sorry, online only". Meanwhile it's 2025 and the average dress size in San Antonio is a 16/18. Also, did NOT appreciate the old, gray hair lady looking me up and down as soon as I walked in. Yes, I was dressed head to toe in Athleta -- guess she's not used to seeing that in their straight size only store.
