RecommendedThanks to Athleta Chandler, over 120 girls and women were gifted a backpack, hairtie, tattoos and sticker to kick off a fabulous Girl Scout camp weekend! Our theme was “let’s get physical” and we focused on healthy movement, healthy hygiene and healthy eating. Girls sported their Athleta Girl backpacks all weekend while moving from the Canoeing station to Climbing Wall to yoga and meditation and on hikes.
It was my first time working out in a very long time. Did not know what to expect. It was intense. Super intense but it was a lot of fun. The music that was used was so awesome and amazing I'm upset that could not Shazam a few of them. The instructor was amazing as well and full of energy. It's something that I would love to do again but next time I'll make sure I bring a water bottle LOL

They are going to be offering MASHUP® , a phenomenal cross training class , every Sunday in Feb. of 2018 at 9:30a with master trainer Jacque Silva. You have to try it out! VIIT is the New HIIT! #mashup
