I always have a great experience at the Pearl St shop. There is always someone to help with sizing, dressing rooms and options. The quality of clothing is excellent. They will order on line if need be. Kim helped me on my last visit and was amazing. She opened a new credit card for me, gave me a discount on all my items, helped with individual gift receipts and wrapping. Very unprofessional owner, raises her voice and speaks to customers like we’re trash. I would give a zero if I could. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere and I strongly suggest this woman seek therapy for anger and her verbal abuse disorder.
