Staff is exceptional! I recently went shopping for athletic clothes for the winter time. I’m a runner and yogi and am very picky about my athletic clothes to make sure they are comfortable and functional. All of the employees were so kind, attentive and made great recommendations. The energy in here was very welcoming, especially Sarah who was very attentive and helpful. I bought the salutation pants, joggers, salutation zip up and a long sleeve. I am not one to write reviews but after visiting this location last weekend, I am upset by the way all my interactions with staff went down. Athleta as a brand is great but the ladies that work at this location are rude and judgy. I did not feel welcome in this store and often felt like I was just being watched. I couldn't wait to leave. The women working felt like mean girls. I love this store and Kristin Earley went way out of her way to help me with sizing
They remodeled this location and it looks amazing. Problem is they are pumping a very perfumey scent throughout the store and the smell is so strong I can’t stand to be in there. I will never step foot in that store again. I was in there for two minutes today and the clothes I’m wearing smell like it now.
