Customer service is lacking They made a mistake on my express return and I have to wait for 2 weeks for them to resolve it. Then I have to check again to see if they did what they promised,

This was my first experience with this store/brand and I will definitely not be coming back. From the moment I walked in the employees were so unwelcoming then after my purchase I realized they didn’t scan for the sale they were running that day. I stopped in while holiday shopping with my family today, and had the best experience of the day. I’d had some less than stellar experiences at the previous stores, but Bemi totally saved the day. I wasn’t having any luck with what my stepmom had pulled, so she went and pulled her favorites for me. (Loved them!!) She made me feel so welcome and never hesitated to help us with sizes or colors. It totally turned my day around, and I felt so much better by the time I checked out. Thank you Bemi!!
