The staff is excellent! The most friendly and helpful. They really help you shop and find great pieces! My favorite Athleta in the area!
Very Rude and Unprofessional Staff I had a horrible experience at this location. The manager with curly hair kept bothering me in the fitting room and tried to push me to apply for a store credit card. When I said no, her attitude changed completely. At checkout, I accidentally overheard her quietly tell the cashier not to give me a discount. Later, I found the same jacket online for much less. Very dishonest and unprofessional — I’ll never shop here again.
Please be aware of a very racist worker named Jonah. After spending large amount at this store, I was questioned by him as if I could not afford it. He was very rude and made the entire experience terrible! He will watch you around the store and judge if you are purchasing too much and he thinks you cannot afford it!
Was passing through from NY on the way to NC, all I can say is I should’ve just waited and shopped at South Park! Not one person greeted or offered to help! Everyone just looked me dead in my face and said nothing, not even a fake smile! They were all just miserable but thankfully LULU made up for it and I spent over $800 with lulu just because of the experience!
On April 16, 2025, I had an appalling experience at the Athleta Tysons Corner store. A sales associate named Angel was shockingly rude, demanding “Are you done?” while I was trying on just two items, despite needing time to shop. Worse, when my 9-month-old son cried—a normal occurrence for a baby—she scoffed, “So much noise,” with a blatantly irritated expression.
