Was passing through from NY on the way to NC, all I can say is I should’ve just waited and shopped at South Park! Not one person greeted or offered to help! Everyone just looked me dead in my face and said nothing, not even a fake smile! They were all just miserable but thankfully LULU made up for it and I spent over $800 with lulu just because of the experience!
On April 16, 2025, I had an appalling experience at the Athleta Tysons Corner store. A sales associate named Angel was shockingly rude, demanding “Are you done?” while I was trying on just two items, despite needing time to shop. Worse, when my 9-month-old son cried—a normal occurrence for a baby—she scoffed, “So much noise,” with a blatantly irritated expression. I went into the store looking for pants and the sales lady, Bergen was AWESOME. Another sales lady, Estelle asked me if I needed help and I told her I needed a petite pants and she said we don’t have it and walked away. Bergen came back to check up one in the fitting room asking me how the pants fit and I asked if you have a petite and she brought me a petite size. Estelle did not go above and beyond.
I’ve been shopping online with ATHLETA since 199....and in store when and where I can. I’m an ATHLETA wearing fan for life. Every location from down south(Va Bch) to up north(Farmington,CT)the staff is always friendly. The selection and styles are gorgeous comfortable and versatile. From pilates to night on the town. I love, love, love, love ATHLETA. The staff at this location are awesome, accommodating, professional, and friendly. Stop in and check out this fall’s looks. You’ll be glad you did.
Arrogant staff, especially about returns and since there’s no consistency in the sizing between individual items, the bad attitude means I won’t be back.
