So you know you want honest review I put three stars but the Petersburg Illinois one only deserves 2 you call they rude they’re pushy. Don’t know what’s up with them but then you call the Athens bank and you go to their manager and he’s nice and he fixes your problem, even though it probably wasn’t his problem to fix. He’s the only reason I’m staying with this bank the Athens manager in Athens, Illinois he’s he’s a good guy and he runs his ship tight over there. Changed everyone’s banking information and locked people out of their account. Deleted the app, changed everyone’s card. When I tried to access my account, the security questions were NOT ones I had chosen (one of the questions were the name of my first born and I don’t even have children). Super unacceptable, not a great bank to begin with. To have this as a second bank account and I personally will be closing my bank account and I highly recommend you find any other bank.
Good people, good bank I personally have banked here for over 60 years.
