I had concerns about a recent traffic ticket and a lovely woman by the name of Brenda was a tremendous help and went out of her way to help guide me to try and get a reduced violation. 10/10 assistance!!

It needs way more recognition how poorly run this place is, it is borderline impossible to get someone on the phone and when they do answer they have a terrible attitude like they can’t be bothered and either hang up or transfer you to someone who also just hangs up. I can’t believe a court house is run this poorly.
