Very poor customer service. Placed on hold for way too long for a large financial institution.
This company has high pressure sales tactics and poor attention to detail (spelled my name incorrectly on paperwork) but really is a case of a moral hazard operation. During the pandemic they have not done the right thing and allow people to make penalty free withdrawals! Stay away from this company, lacks American values for hard working people!
