We got charged twice the amount after requesting a pickup from an international flight from JFK. They said his driver waited around for an hour and had to do it. Dispatch had the driver arrive when the flight landed which makes no sense for an international flight, and they sent him to the wrong terminal making us wait for 30 minutes after 16 hours of travel with two toddlers.
