Seems like a company which sends bills to customers without checking "fully" with the insurance first and where a customer can end up paying a hefty bill in a case where they probably didn't owe ANYTHING $0?? WHAT A WAY TO FOOL CUSTOMERS AND THIS IS PROBABLY HAPPENING AT LARGE SCALE???

Liu 2 minutes ago New Biggest mistake of my career after 12 years in practice. It seemed like a good move—seemed to make sense that AI could fill in the forms, submit/resubmit etc. No one at Athelas is a biller. They’re all computer people and there is a nuance to billing. Multiple times I had panic attacks because they didn’t even understand Medicare billing and I was convinced they were going to make me lose my Medicare number. Forget about PPO billing.
