Earlier this year, my son went on a school camp to the Swan Valley and accidentally left his EpiPen bag on the bus. As a parent of a child with severe allergies, this was a stressful situation but the team at ATG Downunder turned it around. I managed to track them down and gave them a call. I have just witnessed one of this company’s buses try to run someone off the road for no apparent reason. Not sure I would feel safe in the hands of a company who employs drivers that are that aggressive and irrational. I certainly won’t be getting on any of their vehicles.

Not the first time we've had to sit in one of their buses with no aircon. Dismal service, 3 hours in a mobile sauna and not even offered water. Animals wouldn't be transported like this. Can't submit zero stars but that is what I rate them.

The team at ATG Downunder Darwin are amazing! We needed an urgent pick up and transfer from Point Stuart to Darwin Airport on a Saturday and ATG came to our rescue! They were on time, friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again for all your help Damian and Ray.
