If I can leave a 0 star i would. VPEREZ was SO Disrespectful and Rude it was unbelievalble! Very unprofessional. Had an agent 'VPerez' completely rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me as well.
A Lady called me about a bill, when i told her i had no knowledge of it she said its a refusal to pay. Called back and another stupid rep. said i don't know who you are and i don't like your tone and hang up on me. great way to conduct business and follow fdcpa.
This place is rude they just keep trying to say that my Claim was denied and I tried my best to tell her. No, that it was approved finally, and she got lippy with me and hung up on me. Callback to talk to manager was just as bad and blamed me. I’m not sure who approved of my account 3 months ago but I may never signed up for anything involving my credit and now I owe a lot of money to this random company!!!! Someone please help this is fraudulent!
