Mt review is long overdue since I have been shopping in-store for many years with great satisfaction. The fashion-forward, sophisticated, art-inspired and unique designs by designers less-familiar to local shoppers, guarantee the wearer will present herself with her own individual style. Marina and her staff are creative and always helpful without being intrusive or "pushy". The jewelry and shoe collections are wonderful as well. I’ve made several purchases for my spouse from this store online. We’ve never had a problem. The items have always been as described or even better. Recently Altelier sold us a Rundholz jacket (original cost over $700) that was defective. When we contacted the store we were told to “take it to a tailor.” This was bazaar because there was nothing wrong with the fit. The defect was in the fabric around and part of the pockets on the jacket. A tailor can not fix this. As well, why pay additional monies for a defective item sold... read more
