PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I HAVE BEEN LEFT STRANDED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THEY PLAY GAMES IN THE COMPUTER WITH YOUR PICK UP TIME YOU PUT A CERTAIN TIME AND WHEN U LOOK AGAIN THE TIME HAS BEEN CHANGED I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM UNTIL USING THIS COMPANY JUST IMAGINE BEING STRANDED AT 4AM IN THE MORNING WITH NO RIDE AND YOUR APPOINTMENT IS AT 5AM NOT I HAVE TO CALL AROUND FOR TRANSPORTATION PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. They picked up my dad late and he was late for his appointment. Now that the appointment is over they are taking more than an hour to pick him up. And to top it off they keep lying about the ETA. First it was 15-20 mins. I called again after 30 mins and they told me another 20 mins. It’s now been 45 mis since those last 20 mins so a totally on 1 hour and 30 mins waiting now. Very disappointment.

I’m writing to report a concerning incident involving the driver of vehicle 230. While driving today, this driver abruptly cut me off without using a turn signal, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. When I honked to alert him of the near miss, the driver responded with aggressive behavior that bordered on road rage. Don't use this company, worse transportation service in MIAMI. That's saying much........Driver was late 30 Mins AM pickup, late 1 hr return pickup. Never answer phones, calls drop constantly. Rude customer service. Avoid this company like the plague. I would rate negative 5 stars if i could.

I wouldn't use this company if I were you. I haven't personally had to use this company for transportation but someone in my community does and the driving is always horrendous! One of the times that I encountered the van I had been stopped at a red light when after a good while of waiting the van skipped the whole line and got in front of me, sticking out to oncoming traffic! *Picture attached.* Not only did the driver get in front of me and block the middle lane, the driver kept inching up as if they were ready to turn whi... read more
